This is my first fic posted here....well, it's not really a fic, something short I wrote when I couldn't sleep.

Title- Rumours
Pairing- Billy/?
Rating- G - Pg I think

Billy shut off the computer, shaking his head in disbelief as he heard the door to their Glasgow flat open and close. Within minutes he felt two arms encircle his waist and felt warm breath against his neck.
"I'm back"
"I noticed...how was your day honey?"
"I've had better. You know sometimes it's unbelieveable- I got asked six times today when I'm going to marry that nice boyfriend of mine!"
Billy turned in the embrace.
"What did you say love?"
"I said 'When he asks me!'" Billy couldn't help but smile at the sweet giggle that escaped his partner's lips.
"So what did you do today?"
"Not much...found some very interesting rumours about my love-life"
"Oh? And was I part of any of these rumours?"
"Surprisingly, no. I mean, we're seen together in public all the time but no-one cares, all they want is gossip about my 'other lover'!"
"I know sweety"
"I mean- we're just friends, really good friends, and everything gets turned into some sordid 'loved you since I first saw you' thing- it's so annoying"
"You want me to make us something to eat?"
"Oh, that would be great, thanks love" Billy sighed, receiving a small kiss.
"No problem"
Billy watched as his better half (as far as he was concerned anyway) pottered around in the kitchen.
"I mean sure, we hang out a lot, and we're photographed together a lot- but these bloody reporters angle themselves so it looks like it's something it's not!"
"I know"
"Seriously though, sometimes I'm disgusted by the thought of us being together...like that"
"What do you mean?"
"Well, sure, we're the best of friends it's just..." he let out a heavy sigh "...really not my type"
"I'm glad"
"Well- can you ever see me being with someone like Ali?"
"Thankfully, no"
Billy pulled his lover into a tight hug.
"I love you Dommie"
"I know, and I love you too baby"
