Rating: PG-13, I suppose.
Pairing: Dom is a kiss-whore, but at the heart of this it's Dom/Billy.
Summary: It's all really a matter of taste. Or is it?

Feedback: Well, I think I might like to try a bit of what everyone else is having, please. *holds out bowl hopefully*
Author's notes: Hullo! This is my first ficlet. Or a drabble. ...Mindless rambling? Something like that. I was sort of iffy about posting it, but... hell, you must start somewhere, em? Plus, I wrote this in the span of maybe ten minutes and with a sleep-itchy brain so please forgive any outrageously stupid mistakes on my part.
Beta: No one, unfortunately, because I don't really know anyone in this community who might be so gracious enough to do that for me. ...Anyone looking to be my one-stop Beta-shop?I'll bake you cookies. I write things few and far between and they usually lean toward the short side. No pressure. ^_^
Viggo's mouth is like getting this odd hint of spice just on your tongue. Chicory or nutmeg. Bitterness and warmth and the lingering tickle-burn of hairs trimmed too short. Something you like, but only on occasion. Only when the season calls for it, something that comes with certain weather.
Elijah's mouth is like taking a full drag without the scald of smoke inside your throat. All cloves and pretty boy mouth stretched over not-quite-crooked teeth. Something a little unhealthy about it, but you savor the indelicate tang just the same. But only when you feel on edge. Only when you feel spiky on the inside and just a slight bit careless enough to enjoy it.
Orlando's mouth is like licking the narrow blade of a stick of cinnamon gum. Candied and dusty, spun through with breathy mirth and excited eyes that you don't have to make up reasons to like. But only when you feel indulgent. Only when you feel like maybe you've earned the right to treat yourself to something sweet.
Sean's mouth is like pressing your lips together on traces of mouthwash. That one thing that's healthy for you, but you sort of like it in spite of that fact. Or maybe because of it. No... definitely in spite. Healthy and looped with slow smiles and chaste, supportive touches. But only when you need to clean out your senses.
Billy's mouth is like... water. Somehow cool-warm. Liquid. Tasteless. So tasteless that Dom wonders why he should trouble himself with such a mouth. Why trouble himself with such a flavor (or lack thereof, as the case may be) despite its pretty bowed-up packaging. So insipid to the palate.
He wonders but briefly, because it is a simple thing to remember how long you would survive without water.
Warm spice, wickedness, sweetness, and clean mint; they all bring color to the palette. Variety.
But... in the end, Dom knows he could live on without them.
Without them he would not thirst.
