Dom felt this odd tingling sensation across his chest. Half groggy and brain very slack he was still able to realize what was going on enough to form a thought.
Dom: “What are you doing?”
Billy slowly ran his fingers over Dom’s chest and allowed a couple of the few chest hairs Dom had to slip through them.
Billy: “Making memories…”
Billy said this with a wry smile as he was propped up in bed on his elbow looking down on Dom’s half-a-sleep figure.
Dom moaned little as though it were some sort of torture and Billy giggled a little in reply.
Dom: “Well stop it! It tickles!”
Billy: “Oh does it now!?!”
Billy reveling in his next move took his fist and place one small knuckle just above Dom’s ribcage on his side and gave a slight but obvious poke. Dom jumped clenching his arm down to his side.
Billy: “Now that tickles!”
Dom moaned again, and Billy again giggled.
Dom: “What do you want from me?!?!”
Dom spoke mildly exasperated but still with a smile on his somewhat slack groggy face, eyes still closed.
Billy: “It’s time to get up and go to work.”
Dom rolled over.
Dom: “Maybe later.”
Billy: “Sounds like a good idea.”
Billy scrunched back down under the covers.
Billy: “However if we both stay here, who will pay our rent. I mean where are are two pretty boys like us going to live… on the streets!?!?”
Dom smiled and rolled back over next to Billy placing his arm around him. Billy acquiescing that Dom had indeed won as usual allowed him self to be pulled into the spooning position and readied himself for a few more minutes sleep. Then suddenly Billy felt a sharp poke from the four digits Dom had wrapped around his side attached to the arm now stretched across his chest. Billy jumped.
Billy: “What the Fuck?!?!”
Dom: “You aren’t going back to sleep are you? I mean we have to leave for work! You weren’t getting comfortable … were you? I mean we don’t want to be late! We have to pay our rent otherwise what are two pretty boys like us going to do? Live on the street?!?!”
Dom and Billy both extremely groggy still looked at each other Dom’s smirking and Billy smirking while half glaring at Dom.
Dom: “Besides if we get up now?” long dramatic pause “We will have time to take a shower!”
Billy grinned this was definitely a slight change from the norm for Dom, but he was loving it.
Billy:” Last one there is has to take loofa duties!”
As Billy said this he made to spring from the bed. However, he had forgotten the strong left arm of Billy’s, which encompassed him, and looked mildly like a four-legged bug realizing he was caught in a spider web. Billy flailed to get out of bed, but Dom took him back using the advantage of surprise. Holding billy to the bed he rolled over him and sprinted for the shower.
Dom: “Guess we know who’s gonna be doing the loofa’ing!”
Billy sprinted after him thinking that he REALLY didn’t mind losing!

Don't be discouraged by lack of feedback - as other writers have told me, write because you want to, not to get a reaction. Getting a beta is a good idea, as a second pair of eyes can benefit writing enormously (they can pick up on little things like using the word 'groggy' several times or the bit near the end where you had 'Billy' where I think you meant 'Dom').
This was quite a nice little scene - I especially liked the 'making memories' part. A lovely moment.
