Title of book or photographer? Dom/Elijah

Dom and Elijah were included in the people photographed for a book that came out, I think, in 2005. Dom's drawn all over his belly, and has his head cocked to one side. Elijah's in 3/4 profile, white background, and the light literally comes through his eyes.

I own the book but it's in storage, not easily accessible, and it's driving me nuts trying to remember who the photographer is, and what the book's title is.
