Fic Help

I've been trying to find this Monaboyd fic for quite a bit now, but my PC crashed and I had to get another one, so I've lost everything.

I write down what I remember: Billy is a Lord or something (he is very rich) and owns a Large mansion with lots of land. In this mansion he houses outcasts of society, ppl who have special powers, I remember Elijah being some sort of merman, and I think that Dom was werewolves and Sean could have been as well, though I'm not sure. I also remember that Viggo was a doctor.

I also remember that each inhabitant of the house had a certain job. Dom's was to help look after the gardens.

I would really appreciate it if any one could help me.
