Drabble: Invisible
Word count: 100
Author: Flybynite29
Rating: PG-13 for insinuated m/m.
Pairing: DM/BB
Summary: Billy's become the invisible man.
Warning: Angst/ hint of drug use
Feedback: Greatly appreciated. : )
Author's note: In a mood, and oddly looking thru Billy's eyes this time instead of Dom's.
'Finally happened, then... Dommie's gone to the Darkside.' Billy laughed, covering the tears.
The endearing awkwardness in Dom's walk had vanished- he not only belonged on the red carpet, now; he owned it. Billy had once been Dom's drug of choice; now his eyes darkened with something that was not lust. Thinning hair and laugh-lines traded for breast implants and plastic smiles. One had become two again. Dom's place was in the sun, now. Billy was left to shadows.
Invisible.
Billy avoided mirrors these days, unable to look into the glass, afraid he'd see no-one at all looking back.
- End.

Poor Billy. It's so hard to be at that stage of a life, and so important to try to make sure that it never happens that way.
Thank you for posting this.

And, yes, that stage of life is terribly tough to go through- I can identify with this Billy.
Thanks again, so very much, for reading and commenting! : )

Such an insight into his psyche in such a small amount of words
My heart just goes out to Billy... :(
