The Chemical Wedding
Pairing: Monaboyd
Rating: PG
Summary: William is a village blacksmith in the outskirts of Glasgow during the Jacobean Uprisings. Dominic is a wandering peddler of potions with a fantastic secret...
Feedback: Yes, please, por favor, bitte, onegaishimasu, and etc.
Notes: This story is dedicated to the lovely X, and also I ought to mention that the title is borrowed from The Chemical Wedding of Christian Rosencreutz, an old treatise on alchemy.

Aha... "Those wind-chapped hands that had pulled and clutched at William’s flesh"... so William's intense feeling of guilt becomes clearer... and Dominic's past becomes more mysterious and interesting. And William is feeling more attracted than ever... *G*
Thank you! I do hope you'll keep this up, and not leave us eternally wondering. I'm assuming Dominic assumes he'll be able to recover his magical powder after they make the gold? Wouldn't make sense if it only works once, and it's all used up. Rosicrucians, eh? *G* And... I'd only just heard of the gilded gallows used for false alchemists! Wonderful. Thanks again.

And don't worry- the last chapter will be quite long. There is a lot to clear up and I tend to be a little wordy. :p

And so much more to Dominic's history...I'm so hooked. This is a wonderful piece you're crafting here.
Thanks for sharing it!
