Dom, Dom, Dom, Dom, Dom.
As a fan girl, I can’t help but look so forward to watching you every week on Lost. You’re just so entertaining. But, what I can’t help noticing are your eyes.
Now, I’m not that type of fan girl.
But your eyes look so sad. Is that you or your character? Understandable for your character, yes, but you just can’t fake what is in your eyes. No amount of acting can hide that. You’re sad, Dom. Don’t deny it, you are. And, there’s also this way where they become this magnificent blue when the lighting hits just right. Like bluer than should be allowed. And here, I bring up the age-old saying: eyes are the windows to the soul.
I like to think that you’re lovesick, Dom. But, not just for anyone, for him. Yes, roll your eyes at me, but you’re lonely and sad, Dom. And I think it’s over him.
I’m not saying I know you better than yourself. Nor do I know you well at all. But, these are things I just can’t help noticing, and they must be for a good reason.
You’re not like what you were when you’re with Billy. Have you seen the way you’re like when you’re with him? Have you seen the way you look at him? The smile, that smile is not forced. When you’re doing your television interviews by yourself, that smile is forced. But with Billy, it’s genuine. You almost remind me of a giggling schoolgirl. Almost.
And you don’t fidget, like one does when they’d rather be somewhere else. When they’re distracted by thoughts of someone else and that’s all they can think about. And then, when you’re with Billy, you’re calm, cool, collected. And it seems as if you’re proud to have him on your arm, to be seen with him, to just be with him.
Have you seen the way he looks at you?
When you don’t catch him, but the cameras do?
No one else exists to him, he only sees you. And he wants you. Not just like that. But wants to kiss you, hug you, be with you until the end of time because you make him happy. But, he thinks its unrequited love. He thinks you don’t want him.
But he doesn’t know, does he Dom?
Maybe this relates to the fact that there’s no photographic evidence of you kissing Billy. While, in some reports, you have -- others, you haven’t. But there are plenty of pieces of you kissing every last person in the Fellowship. Is this on purpose? Are you trying to avoid people knowing? Because they do.
Dominic, you just can’t hide what’s in your eyes.

WOW I just asked that very same question in several boards! did you see it? Stardom perhaps? I was wondering why there was no picture of Dommie kissing his beloved Billy yet he kissed everyone else! Thanks for the little fic! Yes, I agree, I would love to see you write one to Billy as well!

Dom has always said he's comfortable being affectionate with his friends. Dom's always been ultra touchy-feely with Billy, so what's the big deal with a kiss? Too much of a good thing? Only one step to fall *completely* over the edge?
