Just a little drabble because I feel like it.

Please Billy, don't leave me.

Please dear God make the pain stop. I love him.

Why did you do this to me? Why did you show me perfect love then take it away?

Billy I love you, please don't leave me.

I reach for you as you walk out the door, but you don't even notice me. I scream your name and you don't hear me.

You stop as you get through the door and turn, I think, to look at me. But you look right through me. For you can not see the ghost of the man you love.

I am bound to this house by my love for you in my living years. Please Billy, don't leave me.

You close the door and leave me with empty rooms and an afterlife of loneliness.
