Title: Dom Logic
Author: dsufiction
Pairing: Billy/Dom
Rating: PG
Feedback: Is like comfort food.
Disclaimer: This only happened in my head… probably. *sigh*
Summary: Dom and Billy watch Run Lola Run.
Author’s Note: Short piece of unbeta’d fluff, absolutely nothing to do with the Reversal Series. Came to me whilst watching said movie this morning. Probably not even worth putting up, but here you go.

“Dom, I can’t understand a bloody word.” Billy said for the tenth time, only to be ignored once more. Fidgeting relentlessly, he started to poke Dom in the stomach. “Can’t we turn the subtitles on?”

Billy returned his attention to the television screen only to be confronted by a host of words that went in one ear and out the other.

“No we can’t, it ruins like… one fifth of the picture. Now quiet down.” Dom placed a hand on Billy’s knee to stop him from squirming all over the couch. Billy let out an exasperated sigh and accepted being lost in confusion.

The two sat in silence for a while, watching as Franka Potente ran and ran and ran some more, until Dom piped in with, “Do you think she’s hot?”

“Not as hot as you.” Billy replied almost like a reflex action.

“Sweet talk will get you no where, Mr Boyd.”

“Really? I have a few memories that would say otherwise.” Both of their faces became a huge smirk, obviously recalling similar past events.

Dom then moved his body closer to Billy, choosing to lean his head across the older man’s shoulder knowing that within seconds Billy would have his arm around him. Just like clockwork, it happened.

“Wow, her father’s a prick.”

“I thought you couldn’t understand a word that was being said?” Dom asked inquisitively.

“Well, she just threw a fruit bowl at him. That’s never a good sign.” Billy smiled, proud that he could comprehend a little of the story.

“How do you even know that’s her father? Hmm?”

“Well, she said ‘Papa’ what else could that possibly mean” Billy decided to humour him, knowing that’s what was going on.

“Now that you ask. Papa can mean… other… things. Like, for instance, Papa Smurf was not a father yet does that make him any less… Papa?” Dom seemed to have confused himself with his own sentence.

A moment passed as the two just sat taking in that utterly ridiculous statement, before erupting in to a chorus of laughter.

“Dom.”

“Yes?”

With a kiss to the top of his lover’s head, Billy simply replied. “Don’t ever change.”
