There's an unexpected meeting and another rather more expected one, another familiar face turns up, who will be involved a bit more in the future, but mostly it is just Billy, Billy and more Billy...
Author's notes: you would not believe how stressed this chapter made me - it needed to be written to explain things, but it seems just a little awkward maybe...however, my unofficial editor says she liked it, so it is possibly I'm just a paranoid perfectionist...well, not possible, definite, so...Enjoy!!!
Feedback: is my motivation - and I really need it at the moment...as I said, this chapter was hard to write so my inspiration has run off to hide somewhere, so please help me coax it back!
