A/N: My first dialogue only fic. Bear with me, please.
“Oh come on, Bills! Pleeeaaaaasssseeee.”
“No!”
“But Orli did it with me!”
“Yeah but that was years ago. Besides, we both know that Orli will do anything.”
“Now that’s not true. He won’t wear leather pants. Vegetarian, you know; animal cruelty and all that.”
“…”
“Errrr. Anyway, it’s just a bit of rope and-----“
“Exactly. ‘Just a bit of rope’. That’s the bloody problem. You want to wrap some rope around me and…and…”
“It’ll be fun though! The very height of pleasure.”
“Well, when you put it that way Dommeh…absolutely not.”
“Really, it’s great. The feeling you get when it you do it….it’s indescribable. You don’t even know that the rope is there. It’s like you’re soaring, you know. Amazing.”
“You saw what rope did to that bloke from Kill Bill.”
“Come off it, Billy; this isn’t anything like that. For starters, you get to keep your clothes on.”
“…”
“Unless you want to bungee jump naked.”
“…”
“Which I’m all for by the way.”
“Any excuse to get me naked, eh.”
“You bet your sweet, Scottish arse.”
“I’m still not doing it.”
“But-----“
“You know I’m deathly afraid of heights.”
“But-----“
“NO!”
“…”
“I have other plans for that rope though...that is, if you’re still interested in my ‘sweet, Scottish arse’.”
“Always, Billy. Always.”
“Love you too, Dom.”

Inspired by this quote from Dom in the infamous Favorite Things interview: #12 - Fear of heights. Billy's got a great fear of heights that he just doesn't question. I'm very scared of heights too, and when we went to this bungee jump, I said to him, "We're going to conquer our fear of heights. Come on, that's what we'll do. We'll do a bungee jump, and then you can always say you did it." And Billy was like, "No. I'm afraid of heights, and that's what I'm sticking to." I like that!

Lol! I love how Billy is so decisive, in spite of Dom's persuasive charm. Eep.
Dialogue fics are one of my favorites. And yours made me smile all the way through. But I'm with Billy - no bungee jumping!

Billy must be really really scared of heights because even Dom and all of his sly ways (including Orlando - which I know tried to convince him too) could not make Billy take the plunge. I wonder what was going through Billy's head when he watched his 2 fave mates jump off into nothingness together without him. I'm sure it was 'Please God, don't let my men fall to their deaths, or at least have Orli break Dom's fall! LOL!
