SO. PICSPAM, YES!!! Most of these are Hi-res, but a few medium/low-res, just because they were too good to exclude. I hope you like, and share your own Billy faves!
And I didn't include any pics from The Flying Scotsman, figured we've seen them recently. LOL And some of them have other people in it, but they're all chosen for the BILLY factor. :) AND YES, some Monaboyd as well.
